×Hypertext Markup Language, HTML, is the markup language of the world wide web. Here are some HTML references to get you started:
Mustache logic-less templates are made easy. You just put the variable name inside of curly braces like {{variable-name}}. For more information, please see the reference guide:
×Most modern web browsers support the localStorage DOM object that represents a key-value data store. It does not allow direct filesystem access, so if you want to make sure you don't lose your data, you should export a backup copy of the database. When clearing your browser's cache, it can purge the local storage. You can restore your lost data by using the backup copy. You have been warned! Here is some reference information:
×Each browser decides the maximum amount of local storage. Internet Explorer is documented to allow 10 MB of quota for local storage for a domain. 5 MB are common for Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. 2.5 MB may be a common amount. Opera may allow for additional expansion as requested by a domain. For your convenience, here are your statistics:
HTML can be generated using the plain-text enhancements of Markdown. Developers often use Markdown for convenience in documentation, and it is what Github uses to make the Readme work on user projects. Markdown allows you to document in plain-text in a way that makes sense and generate HTML documents from that text. Check the following sources for documentation:
×This application is the brainchild of one David A. Ball, daball.me. But it might only look like a rendition of a 1990's HTML page if it were not for the fine work of these great people. I wrote this application in a single 24-hour period thanks to all their hard work! Strong efforts have been made to try to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility with modern HTML5 web browsers. I cannot guarantee it will work with every setting. Additional credits:
Due to the security restrictions (XSS cross domain policies) imposed on an application of this type (local filesystem), I can not prompt you with a dialog box to save the file. I actually can't even put it in the clipboard for you for the same reason. But, I can provide you with the contents of such a file. It is important to keep regular backups of this data since your browser will probably clear out any application data whenever it does routine maintenance on your cache or temporary Internet files. To backup your data, simply copy and paste the contents of this dialog box to a Notepad or something similar and save it as a plain text file. The actual data type is JSON, or Javascript Object Notation, which normally has a file extension of .json. You may choose to use .txt if you would prefer if it makes it any easier for you to import and export data. Here is the backup JSON data:
